Back in the day when I was a scribe for an award winning south metro newspaper I was doing a story on the late Wild Alaskan Rick Renzlow, who were returning to the professional wrestling ring. He put me in touch with Bockwinkel and Shiek Adnan El Kassie(spelling?) so I could reach out and hear some of the stories from the olden days of the AWA and such. Bockwinkel was a tremendously gracious interview, probably reminising for more than an hour. The way he handled himself and schmoozed, Bockwinkel/Swenson in 2016 would certainly garner some consideration. The Shiek was pretty cool, too, but hard to understand with his thick New Jersey accent.

Oh did this ever do my heart good to see the post "Tire, Appliance & Electronics Collection" come up again!! Thanks Jean. But if you look back to the Rubles entry, we lost the shout box once before back in 2013. Maybe Jeff lost it when he was going to welcome new members Nikk3t and JoyceR. Or possibly Jeff is slightly irregular which is making him irritable and he just decided to give the shout box a "time out" so to speak. So we wait...

I have the shout box. It is in a safe location with food, water and shelter.
It will be returned unharmed if $4 in unmarked bills and a meatloaf is placed behind the dumpster in a vanilla envelope (or is it manila? what the hell's a manila?) behind the Roadhaus by Friday noon. Don't put the meatloaf in the envelope though, just foil it up nice and tidy.
If you don't want to break a fiver, just leave that. Thanks!

Better question yet-Why haven't I seen any new Tire, Appliance, & Electronics Collection notices in the past couple years? Maybe Steiny banned any further notices of this kind due to the 12 page thread we have going here. Oh well. Camel still smells like Drakkar.
