To watch the games on the webcast you will need a high speed connection. I tested out my basic DSL at home and it's no good. It looks like they require a credit card to register but I think some of the games are free and while others require a fee. I'm sure it wouldn't be too hard for Mr. Steinborn to set up a laptop and projector at the Brass Top. They also are going to webcast all of the football semifinals next week.
I noticed that too...I'd try calling their 800 number to see what the deal is. It's run through Channel 45 and a program at Eagan High School (I think). Would be fun to watch something like it on a projection screen. Think how great it could be for people out in the far reaches of the state. They could all gather at the local high school auditorium and watch a game.
I was curious so I called the 800 number this morning. You don't need to give a credit card number. 1.Just go to the home page and click on "Sign In" 2. Click on "User Registration" underneath the Login button 3. Register 4. Watch
The credit information is only needed if you wish to purchase DVD's or watch archived events.
The Giants looked a little tentative in the first game but once got on top they settled in. Delano will be a much tougher challenge tonight. They swept Byron in an easy 3-0 match in their quarterfinal.
