Happy 50th Wedding Anniversary to Pat and Mary Brown Anderly who were married here at St. Thomas, April 3rd 1970. Ronnie, Pat’s brother, and Jeanette Kubes stood up for them. Their wedding dinner was at the K. C. Hall in New Prague, and dance at the Lakeside Ballroom in Waconia. Pat and Mary are the proud parents of 5. Brenda, Brian, Susan, Kelli, and little Kathleen they lost at one month of age. Brenda’s daughter, Brittney, is home from Florida to celebrate her Grandma and Grandpa’s 50th. She attends West Pensacola College with a future in Marine Biology. Pat and Mary are staying sane at this time of the coronaviris pandemic by getting out when the weather’s permits and going for long walks. Mary’s brother Pat, who owns the home place and the former George and Helen Duane homeplace, still gets out there from Le Center to check things out.

Pat and Arlene O’Brien Finn are doing well in Eden Prairie. Their daughter Jessica and her husband Joracia came from the San Francisco area and are staying at the Finn “cabin” in Grand Marais on the North Shore with a grand view of Lake Superior.

Davie is staying “pretty low key” in Henderson. If he’s out and about, he stays in his truck and chats.

Grandma Alice is staying busy and having a great time providing daycare for a three-year-old and a newborn, while their dad and nurse practitioner mom is working.

The Walkers want everyone to know they obeyed the Governors mandate to shelter in place and stayed home this past weekend. Mary baked, enjoyed a good book and Facebook family members, Jim was sequestered with his gas engines. ????

Katie video recorded a Broadway musical on their piano and Maddie Landwer roller-bladed while recording and talking to Grandma. Stay the distance, stay connected, stay safe and God bless.
